From the very beginning, she was drawn to the depth of yoga, not just as a physical discipline but as a holistic approach to well-being. Over the years, she has had the privilege of studying under esteemed teachers from various yoga traditions, refining her skills, deepening her understanding, and integrating diverse techniques into her teaching.
